Today, Bestway Wholesale has grown to become the UK’s 2nd largest independent food wholesaler and serves over 100,000 independent retailers with a product line of over 25,000 items and employs over 6,500 employees across the UK.
The wholesale division has 61 depots Nationwide. It is a supply partner to over 100,000 retailers, with a UK turnover of £3bn and a comprehensive logistical infrastructure. The company has the scale, purchasing power and expertise to help our customers compete in an ever-changing food and drink sector.
As a business, Bestway Wholesale business services three main customer groups; independent retail (including Club, Symbol/ Franchise and Company Owned Stores), Out Of Home (Catering/Foodservice) and specialist Pet Operators.
In addition to supplying thousands of food and drink outlets, Bestway Wholesale also operates the award-winning Costcutter, Best-One, and Bargain Booze Symbol Group which has over 1,761 members throughout the country. Over 4,000 independent stores have chosen our depot-run promotional club, Xtra Local, as their retail club of choice.
